This carefully crafted bourbon has notes of dried fruit and butterscotch upfront giving way to sweet cherries and toffee before finishing with creamy caramel and molasses providing a very silky mouthfeel.  The smoothness of our wheat bourbon is perfect neat or on the rocks.

The Mallet is made with the finest sweet Indiana corn, summer wheat, and filtered in Indiana limestone water. It is non-chilled filtered to allow the natural flavors of the bourbon to shine through.
